Since opening our doors on November 6, 2012, The Double Edged Experience has been more than a barbershop — it’s a movement built on faith, purpose, and community. What began as a single shop in Vallejo has grown into a trusted brand rooted in excellence, mentorship, and impact.
At Double Edged, we believe a barbershop should be more than a place for haircuts — it should be a space that sharpens character, builds confidence, and connects people. Inspired by the scripture “Iron sharpens iron” (Proverbs 27:17), our mission is to serve every client and team member with excellence while fostering growth both inside and outside the chair.
We’ve expanded our vision beyond grooming to include skincare, education, leadership training, community outreach, and brand collaborations. Through partnerships with local schools, youth programs, and The More Than A Cut Foundation, we continue to invest in the next generation — offering mentorship, scholarships, and opportunities for young people to thrive.
